At Storestyleartist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stationery and craft supply purchases. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information on our contact page. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
